GENERAL TERMS & CONDITION

Acceptance

All orders & transactions between B-Unique Baby & Gifts & the customer are accepted on these conditions of sale only. It is the responsibility of the customer to read such conditions before entering upon a transaction. Placing an Order confirms that you agree and accept all terms & conditions as shown under General Terms & Conditions on this website

Exclusivity

B-Unique Baby & Gifts trading terms and conditions shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

Variations

B-Unique Baby & Gifts may vary, without any liability, the content of the site, including any description or changes to the design as long as such alterations do not affect the quality of the goods.

All products are printed individually by hand, as such B-Unique Baby & Gifts reserves the right to apply a font that is suitable for the design when including the personalisation. B-Unique Baby & Gifts also reserve the right to arranging the style and positioning on each individual item which means that each item is unique in its own right. B-Unique Baby & Gifts is unable to guarantee an exact match to images shown on listing as these are a shown as a sample of what the item may look like.

Price

All prices shown on B-Unique Baby & Gifts website are in British Pounds Sterling and may exclude postage. in this case the cost shall be shown separately

 B-Unique Baby & Gifts is entitled to increase the price of goods at any time prior to printing the product(s) due to factors beyond our control, however once the product(s) has been printed B-Unique Baby & Gifts will honour the price shown at time of purchase

Payment

The customer shall pay for all goods at the time of ordering, prior to print and dispatch due to the personalised nature of the purchase.

In making payment the customer is within agreement that they are the account holder and that sufficient funds are held to honour the payment.

Cancellation

No ITEMS are sold to the customer on a sale or return basis. The customer has no right to reject or return the goods without the consent from B-Unique Baby & Gifts. As goods are personalised a 'cooling off' period is not applicable. Personalised items ARE NON RETURNABLE as all information supplied by the buyer are copied and pasted into design so no error is made on this information by B-Unique Baby & Gifts, if incorrect information is provided by buyer no refund will be made and if a replacement is made it will be charged again at original cost to the buyer. No exchange or refund should the customer request an incorrect size at time of order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Alterations

B-Unique Baby & Gifts shall endeavour to make amendments to requested orders if it is possible. However if this request is received after the product has been printed B-Unique Baby & Gifts shall not be liable for the cost of a reprint, if such a reprint is requested it will be charged again at the original cost

Delivery

Any dates provided for delivery are approximate only, and B-Unique Baby & Gifts is not responsible for the timely receipt of goods once dispatched to the customer. As such, late deliveries may not be refunded, and payment could be made for replacement due to the personalised nature of our products.

Orders not received within 10 working days of dispatch must be reported to B-Unique Baby & Gifts by email. Failure to notify us within this period may result in B-Unique Baby & Gifts not accepting any responsibility for items dispatched & not delivered or received.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported to B-Unique Baby & Gifts within 24 hours of delivery by email, failure to do so and B-Unique Baby & Gifts may not accept responsibility and the customer shall not be entitled to reject the goods.

Upon agreement by email B-Unique Baby & Gifts will cover the cost for the return of the product(s) on agreement of whether the item should be posted, or if a courier is needed on larger orders. Products must be received by B-Unique Baby & Gifts to qualify for a replacement free of charge. A refund may be considered at the discretion of B-Unique Baby & Gifts but will not be offered in the instance that the fault is due to incorrect information or personalisation details being given by the buyer.

Images

If applicable B-Unique Baby & Gifts does not accept responsibility for the quality of images sent to us, 'the higher the quality of image the better the print'.

Licensed or copyright images, logos or trademarks must not be submitted to B-Unique Baby & Gifts by the customer for reprint without the consent of the owner. B-Unique Baby & Gifts shall not be liable for any claim or expense arising out of any illegal or libellous matter printed for the customer or any infringement of copyright or patent or similar right resulting from compliance of the customers instructions either expressed or implied. Any legal costs incurred in such matter shall be borne by the customer.

Errors

B-Unique Baby & Gifts does not accept responsibility for customer input or spelling mistakes on orders supplied by the buyer and no refund will be given for these errors.

Liability

Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by negligence on behalf of B-Unique Baby & Gifts, B-Unique Baby & Gifts will not be liable to the customer by reason of any representation, implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the conditions for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss or profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever which arise out of, or in connection with the supply of the goods or their use or resale by the customer.

Website Liability

Whilst B-Unique Baby & Gifts endeavours to keep the website and emails free from viruses, trojans, worms and any other similar such viruses, B-Unique Baby & Gifts shall not be liable to the customer or site visitors for any destructive results.

Force Majeure

B-Unique Baby & Gifts shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract of sale for any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of B-Unique Baby & Gifts obligations in relation to the goods if the delay or failure was due to any reason beyond B-Unique Baby & Gifts reasonable control.
